Return Policy

At Veloura, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our beauty products, please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, false eyelashes and beauty products cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.

We accept returns only if:

  • The item is unused and unopened
  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The return request is made within 14 days of delivery

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used lashes
  • Opened beauty products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged item
  • A defective product
  • The wrong item

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the product

We will gladly send a replacement or issue a refund after reviewing your request.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.

6. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, your order may already be processed or shipped.
